Since last week’s “knee injuries” chat, the best fix I’ve used is a thin strip of self-adhesive wrap (Coban) around the distal thigh under the top strap so the brace grips and doesn’t creep once you sweat; it’s a few bucks and takes 30 seconds… Just don’t overwrap — your quad will swell mid-session — so I crack the strap a notch at halftime, @DrKline.
