That’s it for this week! Keep exploring and don’t hesitate to jump on an opportunity that catches your eye. Until next time!

@OP I’ve had better luck on non-op listings when I email the clinic manager the same day with a tight 1-page CV spotlighting MSK ultrasound, injections, and RTP protocols. Small caveat: for remote roles, ask upfront if it’s “per-encounter” comp and what the minimum volume looks like so you’re not stuck waiting for consults.

@Guide +1; I attach a 5-case US injection log; ‘real-time’ posts vanish — academics want cover letters.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

Acting fast helped me land a non-op spot: I applied through the hospital’s ATS within an hour and called the department coordinator the next morning — those timestamps really mattered… For remote roles, @OP, being IMLC-eligible sped up offers, but it won’t make up for thin procedure logs. It’s like catching a pass: timing and clean routes beat highlight reels.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

I add ‘CPT 76942 proficient’ on a single-page CV; it sped callbacks in orthopedics. Academics still ask for full packets.
