max velocity exposure — we clear only after two ≥95% of preinjury Vmax exposures in the last 7–10 days, H-test fully negative (no pain/apprehension), and NordBord LSI ≤10% with absolute ≥5.0 N/kg for sprinters heading into January indoor. If there’s prior BFLH history or any post-session soreness, we tighten to ≤5% and add a third ≥90–95% exposure 72 h later.

Building on @t_gibson23, what’s moved the needle for us is clearing only after a bend‑specific flying‑30 at ≥95% of preinjury with clean video (no overstriding) and a next‑day negative H‑test; on the NordBord we also look for ≤10% LSI sustained across three sessions, not a single pass — on tight indoor bends I’m a hair more conservative.
