Revision ACL + LET course recommendations

Anyone have strong CME or cadaver courses focused on revision ACL with quadriceps tendon autograft plus LET (modified Lemaire) and practical tunnel management strategies? I’m refining fixation (cortical button with backup interference screw) and want data-driven post-op protocols that safely accelerate early ROM and closed-chain strengthening without compromising graft maturation; I’m booked for the AAOS Chicago lab in March and would appreciate pre-reading and outcomes you trust.

AANA Advanced Knee (OLC Rosemont) cadaver course covers revision ACL with quad autograft + modified Lemaire and really drills tunnel convergence with CT-based planning — best value I’ve found. > interference screw) and want data-driven post-op protocols that safely accelerate early ROM and closed-chain strengthening without compromising Agree on early ROM while protecting the LET: full extension day 0, flexion to 90 by week 2, bike at day 7 if quiet knee, CKC 0–60 at 2 weeks, and no open-chain 40–0° until 12 weeks. For tunnels/fixation, outside-in femoral socket with button, LET femoral bite about 7–8 mm proximal/posterior to LCL, pretension.
