Cupping, cryo-chambers, goat yoga… what’s the most out-there technique someone swore by?
With ‘cryo-chambers,’ the one tweak that’s worked for my sprinters is 10 minutes of easy bike spin right after to rewarm — without it they woke up heavy-legged the next day. Anyone pair it with breathwork? I usually keep cryo to every other day for folks who get too chilled.
